Tasting Notes
Caramelised sugar, leather and apples on the nose, good mouthfeel with pepper and fruit flavours on the palate and a smoky-sweet clove finish.
Nose
Leather, caramelised brown sugar, bonfire toffee, cinnamon buns, vanilla fudge, banoffee pie, orchard fruit, boiled sweets, raisins and nutmeg.
Palate
Milk chocolate, mace, sandalwood, peppercorn, cinnamon, prune, citrus zest, overripe bananas, orange marmalade, bitter black tea, cigar box, pistachio, raw honey, desiccated coconut.
Non-coloured& non-chill filtered at a natural cask strength of 51.7% ABV
