In particular, in Languedoc, you may see buntings, linnets and shrikes all among the vineyards at the start of Spring. This wine is dedicated to these beautiful birds.
This wine is beautiful on its own account, with a stunning purple-red color. This robust wine leads with cherry and currant flavors with spicy balancing notes and a tinge of oak on the palate. This Cabernet is great food wine and will stand up to just about any hearty meat dish.
