Crafted at Nirasaki Distillery in Yamanashi Prefecture, the Autumn edition is part of ShunkaShutos Four Seasons collection. Its aged in used white oak bourbon barrels and bottled at 40% ABV. Designed to mirror the gentle, crisp climate of Japanese autumn, this whisky features a high malt ratio and a subtly sweet, fruit-forward profile.
Nose: Lemon zest and crisp apple aroma
Palate: Lightly sweet with green apple, pear, biscuit, and mild oak
