Expertly crafted in Lodi California, The Big Top Old Vine Zinfandel boasts rich aromas of vanilla and cracked black pepper, with a hint of dark damson fruit. Its beautifully balanced palate showcases robust red fruit flavours and a touch of oak. Perfect for roasts and BBQs, this wine’s boldness pairs perfectly with chargrilled meats.
Boutinot has been working with growers in California for over 10 years, finessing their offering from vintage to vintage, increasingly with specific estates sourcing old vine material and site-specific fruit.
The current range of wines are sourced from the warm region of Lodi in Central California, to which Samantha Bailey brings her esteemed palate and decades experience to hone these elements into the brightest wines of The Sunshine State.
The grapes are selected from old vine Zinfandel vineyards in the Lodi region of central California. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and sees a little oak ageing.
