It’sgreat enjoyed chilled as an accompaniment to light meals and seafood, as well as on its own as an apritif or mid-week wind-down.
Wednesday’s Domaineproduce alcohol-free wine that is made with the same care and attention as traditional wine, but without the alcohol. The wines are crafted from a range grapes grown and harvested in Spain, which are matured in stainless steel to develop their flavour before a gentle process is used to remove the alcohol without sacrificing their flavour. They are vegan and gluten free, and are perfect for people who are looking for a delicious and healthy alternative to alcoholic wine.

Beginning with a beautiful Airen Blanco from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, Wednesday’s Domaine wines are gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients that lift body, flavour, aroma and length in the absence of alcohol.

Wednesday’s Domaine was started in 2021 by Luke Hemsley who wanted to solve the problem he faced when trying to find a good alcohol-free wine. Their aim is to recreate the experience of drinking wine – the flavours, textures and aromas – as faithfully as possible in the absence of alcohol.
