Fresh, aromatic, and joyfully wild, this white Pet Nat from Catalonia is a natural sparkling wine that captures summer in a bottle. Made with indigenous grapes and no added sulphites, it’s a perfect choice for aperitifs, picnics, or relaxed dinners outdoors.
Easy to drink and dry with lively, persistent bubbles. Aromatic and floral, thanks to the Muscat, with hints of white flowers and citrus blossom. The Xarello brings texture, minerality, and a crisp green apple finish. Theres a gentle cloudiness from the natural sediment, invert gently to dissolve before serving.
Entre Vinyes is a project dedicated to rescuing and reviving old vineyards in Catalonias Peneds region. Led by winemakers Pep & Maria, the winery practices organic farming with minimal intervention in the cellar, aiming to express the full character of their indigenous grape varieties and unique terroir.
Xarello (or Xarello) is one of Catalonias most prized indigenous white grapes. Known for its bright acidity, subtle earthiness, and ability to age, it forms the backbone of many Cava blends, but shines equally on its own in still and sparkling natural wines like this one.
