Thisimpressive wine is from Puglia in the south-eastern area on Italy’s heel, a wild and unspoilt region which as you can imagine has a dry climate and plenty of sunlight for much of the year. The very best plots of land have been selected to produce a wine which is able to express the special characteristics which make southern Italian wine so good to drink.
This rose is made up of Montepulciano, Lambrusco and Negroamaro, with bright red fruit flavours, a pronounced tropical note of melon and finishes off with a distinct green note. Wines from this area are typically high in acidity, and this definitely lives up to that reputation!
