We truly love spending time in the kitchen and the process of recipe development (well, recipe testing) and as we continue to expand our barrel-age gourmet collection, we knew we needed a proper chefs knife. So naturally, we turned to our friend Quintin Middleton, master artisan and bladesmith of Middleton Made Knives, who crafted our beautiful Barrel Stave Bar Knife.
Middleton designed a gorgeous and functional all purpose Chefs Knife ideal for slicing, dicing and chopping with a custom Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrel stave handle. Handcrafted in Saint Stephen, South Carolina with durable high carbon steel, this chefs knife is a versatile kitchen must-have that is stunning enough to leave on display.

Blade is constructed of AEB-L, a very strong durable high carbon steel that will hold an edge
60 Rockwell Hardness with a sharp 12 blade angle
