Laborie is a historic South African estate located at the foot of Paarl Mountain, with vines planted as early as 1691. This sparkling wine is made from 100 percent Chardonnay grown in cool-climate vineyards across the Western Cape. It is produced using the traditional Cap Classique method, with secondary fermentation in bottle and 48 months of lees ageing. The extended maturation adds creamy texture, fine mousse and layered complexity. The wine is dry and structured, with citrus and nutty notes that reflect both terroir and technique. It pairs well with seafood, sushi and delicate starters, where its acidity and texture lift subtle flavours.
