Located in Castillon-Ctes de Bordeaux, this biodynamic estate is guided by Thierry Valettes dedication to organic practices and ancestral winemaking. Nestled on the Saint-milion ridge, the vineyard’s unique limestone soils and old vines yield wines with a distinctive freshness and minerality. With a blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot, the wine is crafted through natural fermentation, careful maceration, and thoughtful ageing to capture the essence of the terroir.
