The Best Selling Reds are composed of one each of the following:

1. Morande Carmenere Malbec, Maule Valley, Chile (1 bottle)
This Malbec comes from very old vines. It offers aromas of violets and great softness on the palate, while Carmenre delivers spicy notes that add a distinctive touch on the nose. Both varieties were introduced from France during the 19th century.

2. Wolftrap Syrah Viognier Blend, Swartland, South Africa (1 bottle)

The Wolftrap Red is smooth and rich on the palate with soft tannins, a spicy profile with ripe black fruit and violets, good density and a hint of oak, a well balanced, unpretentious wine made for easy drinking

3. Papa Figos Douro Red, Douro Valley, Portugal (1 bottle)

This wine has a very intense aroma, dominated by floral notes of violet and rock rose, balsamic aromas of resin and cedar and well-ripened red and black fruit. On the palate, it has good volume, well-integrated acidity, high-quality tannins and black and red fruit notes. Its finish is elegant and harmonious.

4. Kaiken Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina (1 bottle)

Fruity aromas intermingle with wildflowers and blackberries, accompanied by notes of coffee and chocolate from the oak ageing. The palate is smooth, with well-balanced acidity, round and elegant tannins and a medium-long finish.

5. Baglio Gibellina U Passimiento Terre Siciliane, Sicily, Italy (1 bottle)
This wine is made from partially dried grapes, it has bright intense red fruit on the nose displaying lots of red berries. The palate is warm and full-bodied with sweet fruit and harmonious acidity and smooth and elegant tannins. One of our best selling reds.

6. Montsable Pinot Noir, France (1 bottle)
The nose is aromatic with fresh cherries, strawberry and bramble and just the faintest hint of vanilla. On the palate there is tremendous depth to the fruit which is supported by an underlying minerality and beautifully balanced acidity.
