Domaine Christian Moreau Pre et Fils is a jewel in the crown of Chablis winemaking, with a family legacy that stretches back six generations. Based in the heart of the Chablis region, this domaine is renowned for its commitment to preserving the unique terroir of their vineyards.
Valmur, one of their prized Grand Crus, benefits from their meticulous approach: hand-harvesting ensures only the best grapes make it into the bottle, and their certified organic practices by Ecocert reflect a deep respect for the environment. This 2022 vintage is particularly noteworthy, receiving an impressive 96 points from Vinous and marking a momentous chapter before the domaine introduces subtle changes to their process.
Their two parcels benefits from two exposures : 70 ares south-east and 30 ares north-east (1 ha in total). Vines are more than 60 years old. They produce a very full-bodied and powerful wine.
