On the palate, its rounded and smooth, with juicy pear, peach and lemon zest layered over a clean, zippy freshness. The finish is long and subtly nutty like fine almond pastry.Its a brilliant all-rounder that shines with fish and veg dishes, but its just as happy on its own as a classy aperitif.

The Pieropan family have been making wine in Soave since 1880, and they were the first ever to label a wine Soave back in the 1930s. Today, brothers Andrea and Dario Pieropan carry on the tradition with the same obsession for quality.
Their vineyards lie on the volcanic hillsides of the Soave Classico zone, where grapes ripen slowly, building flavour while holding on to their natural acidity. The wine is made from 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave, fermented in glass-lined cement tanks to preserve freshness.
