Crafted from handpicked fruit grown on the organically managed Brookby Hill and Jomara vineyards, this medium-dry Riesling reflects both terroir and precision winemaking. The loess-over-clay soils and cool climate of the Southern Valleys impart bright acidity and vivid aromatics to this expressive wine.
Grapes were partially whole bunch pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel. Fermentation was intentionally halted at the ideal harmony of sweetness and acidity. A three-month rest on fine lees added textural richness and depth.
Try it with Thai dishes, fresh seafood, or spicy Asian cuisine. Its sweetness and acidity make it a perfect partner to balance heat and richness.
