This vibrant blend of native grapes delivers citrus freshness, smooth tropical fruit and a creamy, mouth-watering texture. The name translates as Songs of the Witches a nod to the folklore of north-west Spain. It bursts with lime, grapefruit and peach, lifted by delicate floral notes and a touch of spice. Pazo do Mar is a family-run estate founded by the Mndez family in 2002. Located in Galicias Ribeiro region, their vineyards sit 150 metres above sea level on granite and slate soils. With a strong focus on native grapes like Treixadura, Albario and Godello, they balance tradition with innovation to craft wines with clarity, freshness and a strong sense of place.
