Aberfeldy is a classic, fruity malt whisky with a distinctive character and a smooth, accessible taste. Any Scotch lover will appreciate its vanilla and fudge notes and the whisper of smoke on the finish. Production of Aberfeldy Scotch involves a uniquely long fermentation period and a two-part distillation process. They’re proud to distil it in traditional alembic copper pot stills that are crafted by Forsyths in Scotland and that help them create their distinctive Highland style of whisky. Their spirit then slumbers in the finest oak casks until it’s ready. The result is The Golden Dram – a full-bodied whisky that’s accentuated by its honeyed richness.
