Crafted from the finest hand-picked grapes grown on the distinguished Cairnmuir vineyards in the Bannockburn sub-region, this wine is a powerful, brooding masterpiece, made for collectors and connoisseurs alike.
The nose opens with captivating aromas of lifted florals, dark berry fruits, and deeply resonant roasted spice, all reflecting the unique terroir of the Cairnmuir Road parcels. A blend of ripe cherry, raspberry, and plum intertwines with subtle notes of violet, while hints of cinnamon and vanilla from oak ageing add layers of complexity. On the palate, the wine reveals bold layers of dark fruit, dried herbs, and a refined mineral backbone. The finish is structured and long, with velvety tannins that speak to its careful ageing.
