Made following ancestral methods, the agave is cooked in an underground pit oven, crushed with wooden mallets, naturally fermented in wooden vats, and distilled twice in clay pot stills. This artisanal process imparts a rich depth of flavor and a strong sense of terroir, resulting in a mezcal that is both bold and refined.
