Grapes for the Resalte Vendimia Seleccionada come from a vineyard situated on a limestone plateau at 1,000 metres above sea-level; the highest in the region, which contributes to the fresher style of this wine.The wine is vinified entirely by gravity, adopting a philosophy of minimal intervention to respect the characteristics of the fruit and its provenance. The wine is aged for 12 months in 500 litre French oak barrels imparting subtle complexity, while retaining the purity of fruit. The Resalte Vendimia Seleccionada is a crisp, intense and fresh wine which delivers an abundance of vibrant fruit flavours with background notes of spicy oak.
