A vibrant and expressive red blend from Margaret River, Western Australia, Cullen Red Moon is crafted from fruit harvested during a lunar eclipsean event that inspired its name. The wine is made from organically and biodynamically farmed grapes, including Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Grenache and Mourvdre, grown in the Cullen and Mangan vineyards. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in old French oak for eight months, this wine is unfiltered, unfined and carbon neutral. Its a pure, fruit-driven expression of Cullens minimal intervention philosophy, offering depth, elegance and a sense of place.
Pair with lamb, Indian Nihari beef stew or roasted vegetables.
