This vineyard is situated in the Rapel Valley of Chile, and was created by Denis Duveau and his business partner. As a French man, Denis started his work in wine in the Bordeaux region and took his learnt expertise to the ideal growing location of Chile and planted carmenere – a grape typically planted in France which thrives in the conditions of the Rapel Valley. They do not practise organic farming, however there is minimal intervention needed due to the ideal terroir conditions.
This carmenere is deep and dark in colorwith cassis, blackberries and a hint of white pepper on the nose.The palate is firm, supple and generous with a spicy but fresh finish.
