The Nostros range from Chile’s Indomita has consistently delivered delicious good value wine. This is a comfortingly easy-going red with juicy fruit given a cuddle of oak, which gives it a little more depth. A good all-round crowd-pleaser.

Man Meets Mountain, Malbec, 13.5% Argentina

This great value Malbec stands out for its pure fruit character. The vines are planted at the foothills of the Andes and the cooling breeze from the mountains ripens the grapes slowly for maximum flavour.

Cline Cellars, ‘Old Vine’ Lodi Zinfandel 2022, 14.5% USA, Vegan

A bold and jammy Zinfandel with ripe black cherry, raspberry and wild strawberries with coffee and chocolate notes. The palate is juicy and round with bags more fruit combines and spicy notes of star anise and clove. The tannins are soft and there’s just enough balancing acidity. It is very more-ish.
