This bold Speyside single malt comes from GlenAllachies acclaimed single cask series, designed to showcase unique wood influences. Distilled in 2010 and matured exclusively in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon for 13 years. It offers a rare insight into the craftsmanship of Billy Walker, one of Scotch whiskys most influential figures.
Drawn from cask #804024 and bottled at a natural cask strength of 61.7%, this whisky remains non-chill filtered and naturally coloured. The result is a powerful, sherried dram packed with intensity, texture and complexity.
