Crafted from a ridgetop vineyard on Mount Veeder, our Blind Eye 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the essence of its terroir. The long, cool 2019 season allowed for extended hangtime, resulting in a wine of remarkable structure and balance. Aromas of cassis, black cherry, and lingonberry intertwine with nuances of crushed cocoa, violets, and thyme. Charlie Noble – 2018 Blanc de Blancs – Mthode Champenoise – Napa Valley

Charlie Noble is an “it,” not a “he.” A British merchant service captain, Charles Noble, is said to be responsible for the origin, about 1850, of this nickname for the galley smokestack. It seems that Captain Noble, discovering that the stack of his ship’s galley was made of copper, ordered that it be kept bright. The ship’s crew then started referring to the stack as the “Charlie Noble.” We introduce you to Charlie Noble. This premium sparkling wine meticulously and artfully made in the traditional champagne method rivals anything found from the best Champagne houses in pernay and Reims. Blended superbly from 100% Chardonnay, this magnificent Napa Valley Blanc de Blancs exhibits beautiful green apple and tropical notes in the aroma follow through in the mouth with a smooth fine mousse.
