Unlike most straight rye whiskeys with a minimal rye content, Rendezvous Rye boasts a high rye mash bill, delivering a full, uncompromising flavor that true rye enthusiasts will appreciate.
Rendezvous Rye is crafted from two exotic straight rye whiskies, each with a high rye content. This unique blend offers a flavor profile rich with spicy cinnamon, caramel, honey, mint, and vanilla. The whiskey is not chill-filtered, preserving its natural oils and enhancing its texture and lingering finish. If you notice a harmless haze, simply swirl the bottle to enjoy its full character.
The name “Rendezvous” commemorates the first recorded whiskey-fest out West, where mountain men gathered annually from 1825 to 1840 to exchange pelts for supplies. This tradition was quickly enhanced with a generous supply of whiskey, celebrating the spirit of the American West.
