The current expression features a combination of sourced high-rye mash bills and High Wests own pot-distilled rye, matured between 4 and 7 years. Distilled from mash bills as high as 95% rye, the whiskey is non-chill filtered and aged in new, charred American oak barrels. The result is a layered rye whiskey that reflects both heritage and innovation from High West’s distillery in Park City, Utah.
