Theres a lovely balance between the sweet fruit, warming spice, and smooth tannins, with a touch of vanilla and oak adding depth. The finish is velvety yet fresh, making it dangerously drinkable.

HighgatesOrganic Shiraz is made byMark Thwaites & Stuart Leece from ACO-certified organic grapes, grown in South Australias rich red soils. The 2021 vintage was a warm and dry one, allowing for even ripening and concentrated fruit flavours. To keep things natural and let the fruit shine, the wine is aged for nine months in older American oak barrels, giving it subtle vanilla and spice without overpowering the fruit.
