It combines two cask influencesbourbon barrel and Oloroso sherryfor a harmonious hybrid. The whiskey is triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills and aged for a full 14 years in Irelands temperate climate. Each batch is non-chill filtered and bottled at 92 proof, selected by expert tasters to highlight its twin cask maturation.
Nose: Green apple, apricot, peach, and honey-soaked apricot kernels with soft vanilla and light grapefruit
Palate: Rich dried fruit, nutty notes, vanilla custard, tropical melon, and baking spice
