La Vicomt was formed in 1977, and is located in the heart of the Languedoc region, between the towns of Bziers and Montpellier, with vineyards stretching out over a hilly area, illuminated by the southern sun. Their 1,200 dedicated winegrowers cultivate more than 7,500 hectares of vines, over 4 appellations.

Taking advantage of a Mediterranean climate, dry and arid during summertime and mild in the winter, La Vicomt harvest the most beautiful varieties of grapes such as Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Cinsault, Grenache, Merlot, Pinot Noir and many others, grown on hilly terrains fed by sediments of the Hrault River, but also on more calcareous soils such as the Villefranchian terraces and semi-slopes.

Produced under the HVE3 environmental charter and in Organic Agriculture, these fresh, fruity and easy-to-drink vegan wines offer the promise of a gustatory experience that favours moments of conviviality and sharing.

Vinification

Crafted sustainably under the HVE3 environmental charter and organic agriculture practices, these fresh, fruity, easy-drinking vegan wines promise a taste experience that encourages conviviality and sharing. As pioneers in the field, La Vicomt actively engage in groundbreaking research initiatives with INRAE (French National Institute for Agronomic and Environmental Research) in Montpellier, exploring innovative grape varieties that thrive amidst changing climates.

This light alcohol wine, crafted by the socially responsible company La Vicomt in the South of France, offers a thoughtful choice for those seeking to consume less alcohol and be mindful of their calorie intake. Partially dealcoholized, Less but More contains 50% less alcohol and 40% fewer calories than standard wines. Produced with meticulous care, it ensures that no animal products or byproducts are used, making it an ideal option for vegans.

Tasting Notes

A fresh, thirst-quenching Sauvignon. This partially dealcoholised wine reveals notes of citrus and exotic fruit. Slightly less dense than a traditional wine, but still very fresh and fruity. The finish is sapid and well-balanced. This partially dealcoholised wine, keeping its promise and allowing consumers to remain in the world of wine while keeping alcohol consumption under control.

An excellent accompaniment to a variety of dishes, including grilled seafood, light salads or soft cheeses. It is also delicious when enjoyed on its own, savouring its light, summery nature.
