With its effervescent, delicate bubbles, this sparkling wine is incredibly smooth and wraps up with a refined finish.Crafted with care, the winemaking process retains all the beautiful aromatics. The grapes are crushed, lightly pressed, and settled overnight before spending two months on their lees.
Winemaker Reg Holder has worked in France, Australia, and the USA before returning to South Africa. After spending 11 years with Neil Ellis and Delheim, he started experimenting with de-alcoholised wine when his wife was pregnant. In 2017, he decided to focus on the Lautus de-alcoholised project full-time. Using advanced machinery, he extracts the alcohol while preserving the wine’s vibrant flavors and aromas, delivering a genuine wine experience you can enjoy any time.
