Liquore Amaretto Adriatico, Amaretto Bianco is a graceful liqueur with complex flavour notes of creamy vanilla and marzipan, embraced by the nutty and intense almond flavour. Its silky texture coats the palate with sweet notes that linger in a well balanced, intense, and rich finish. Enjoy it over ice, or mixed in creative cocktails – perfect for an all-day drink or a boozy coffee.
The beautifully bitter Filippo Cea almonds (in Italian mandorle amare, hence the word amaretto) , after being handpicked and peeled, are crushed in a silk-smooth almond milk, infused with alcohol to reach the 16 ABV. As well as the ADRIATICO ROASTED, a small quantity of brown sugar is added to balance the natural bitterness of the almonds.
At the very end, a sweet and warm note of vanilla is added to give even more sensuality without adding more sugar.
This makes this creamy liqueur fully Vegan and low-ABV.
