A limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from Loch Lomond, this release marks the distillerys continued collaboration with The Open, one of the worlds premier golfing events. Crafted by Colin Montgomerie and Master Blender Michael Henry, it embodies a perfect blend of heritage and innovation.
Initially matured in American oak barrels and hogsheads, it undergoes a distinctive finish in first-fill Chianti casks. Elevating Loch Lomond’s signature fruit, honey, and gentle smoke with vibrant new layers. The result is a whisky that captures both boldness and balance. With notes of ripe red berries, oaky tannins, and a lingering, warm spice.
This whisky pairs wonderfully with rich dishes like roasted game, aged cheeses, or charred meats, as well as fruity desserts. For the perfect serve, enjoy it neat to appreciate its full aromatic depth, or add a splash of water to open up the layers of fruit and spice.
