Crafted exclusively from 100% Syrah grown in the prestigious Northern Rhne region of France, Cte-Rtie translates to roasted slope, a nod to the sun-soaked hillsides that give these grapes their character. At the winery, indigenous yeasts are used during fermentation, allowing the terroir to shine from the very beginning. Ageing spans 1416 months, with 80% of the wine maturing in new French oak barrels for structure and complexity, while the remaining 20% rests in stainless steel vats, preserving the purity of the fruit and the floral elegance that defines great Cte-Rtie wines.
