Aromatic and fresh, this wine bursts with zesty citrus, passionfruit, and delicate stone fruit aromas. The palate reveals ripe nectarines and pink grapefruit, perfectly balanced with refreshing lime acidity for a crisp, clean finish.
Serve well-chilled as an apritif, or pair with tempura fish, lightly battered vegetables, or a seafood platter. Its lively character also shines alongside fresh summer salads or simple appetisers.
The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness from vines trained in the traditional Guyot system. After a gentle maceration of 515 hours, the wine undergoes fermentation before being held on its lees to capture maximum freshness and character.
