Maremosso Antico Bianco IGP, 13.5% Italy
Made up of 100% Catarratto which spends a few weeks macerating with its skins to extract, colour, flavour and texture during wild yeast fermentation. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration and with low sulphur and they use Organic practices in the vineyards. The wine itself has a lovely pithy texture, full of ginger, sweet spices and savoury herbs.
Pair this with a cauliflower and apricot vegetable tagine.
Fattoria di Vaira, Vincenzo Blanco, 13%Italy
Fattoria di Vaira is one of the largest biodynamic and organic farms in Italy. This Falanghina based wine is agreat introduction to orange wines with vibrant apple and quince flavours, pithy orange texture and a savoury, nutty finish.
We’ve included gift packaging on all our wine gifts to ensure they arrive looking beautiful. Gifts are packaged in either our classic navy gift boxes or a wooden wine box, both finished off with a Reserve Wines gift tag. You can also add a free gift note. We then wrap everything securely in an outer postage box.
