A collaboration between Jorge Ordoez and Rafael Caizares, also the winemaker, BodegasVolver liesin the east of La Mancha, a heartland for viticulture. The vineyards are at 660 metres and the vines are 30-50 years old. The winery elaborates the best artisan wines in the area. Rafael Caizares, believes in the high quality of these wines and works hard to produce the best wines in the region.
The vineyard is located at the southeast of Cuenca province, in the town of Casas de Los Pinos, at an average of 600/700 meters above sea level, influenced by an extreme continental climate and surrounded by pine forests and underbrush, all of them factors that form an exceptional shield for vines health, circumstances that allow a cultivation with minimal interventions, environmentally friendly.
The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. In every winemaking step, effort is made to retain freshness and bright acidity.Floral notes and ripe fruit aromas abound on the palate, with crisp acidity and an apricot-sweetness on the finish.
