We had it in mind that bringing a gluten-free beer to our output was the sensible thing to do for what felt like an eternity, and thanks to advancements in our brewing technology were delighted to bring Pine to the Pollys party. Wrapped up in the style that we know and trust best, this pale ale encapsulates everything weve grown our reputation to over the last six years, but safe for those with an intolerance to the products in our regular output. Not cutting any corners here, weve brought Mosaic Spectrum, Idaho 7 and Chinook to the dance on this beer to creat a pale ale positively bursting with tropical, pineapple and clean pine notes.
