Tasting Notes
Nose: Zesty and smoky: freshly peeled lemons and coal smoke with orchard fruit and fresh grain.
Palate: Limestone and coal fires give way to honeysuckle, sugar-snap peas and liquorice.
Finish: Salt, pepper and lingering lemon as the smoke fades.
