The nose opens with aromas of watermelon, strawberry, and loganberry, leading into a palate bursting with juicy strawberry, cherry, plum, and blood orange. A subtle blush of tannin, courtesy of Caladoc grapes, adds texture, while light acidity keeps the wine fresh and lively.
A blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Caladoc, and 20% Mourvdre, this wine reflects the Languedoc-Provence influence, where Caladoca cross of Grenache and Malbecthrives. Made with minimal sulfites and fined with bentonite clay, this vegan-friendly ros is both conscientious and delicious.
