With the emphasis on less is more, we use a handful of botanicals, including angelica, bitter orange, and star anise to keep the spirit crisp.
On the nose, you’ll discover bright, aromatic notes of juniper and citrus, leading to a palate that is refreshingly clean and invigorating. The combination of botanicals harmonises beautifully, creating a rounded experience that lingers on the taste buds.
You will have your own preference on what to serve with our London Dry, but try it with a simple tonic water first to fully appreciate its flavours. We have enjoyed it with frozen grapefruit, cucumber, lime, and the ubiquitous lemon, and it’s also pretty good in cocktails!
