After working in the wine industry since 1994,Jess M Sotodecided to start this family project in 2012.Soto Manriqueis a small winery that bears both his name and that of his wife. They work with their own vineyards, all of which where planted in 1990.
Since the very beginning, Jess M’s goal was to produce wines that demonstrated the character of the soils they come from. Limestone, granite and sandy soils that can give the maximum necessary freshness and elegance, and utmost respect for the variety.
The results are simple, direct, very fresh, varietal wines, with an excellent quality to price ratio.
