Each flavour is designed to be added to a neutral spirit and adds the specific alcohol flavour you desire. The ‘Top Shelf’ range of flavours are beautifully presented in 50ml bottles that are labelled individually to indicate the spirit or liquor they evoke.

Bourbon:A dry style Bourbon with full flavour, typical of the well aged sour mash whiskeys.

Caramel Vodka:Smooth caramel flavoured vodka, delicious on ice, in a mixer, or served over ice-cream.

Cherry Bourbon:Our cherry bourbon spirit essence has the flavour of a premium bourbon infused with ripe black cherries for a smooth and sweet taste. Bound to be a winner for bourbon drinkers.

Citrus Vodka:A delightfully refreshing vodka with delicate infusions of lemon and lime providing a most appealing citrus taste.

Dark Rum:A mellow dark rum that would please the seafarers of old.

Dry Gin:A dry English style gin for the connoisseur. It has a lovely rich juniper aroma and taste.

French Brandy:This outstanding Napoleon-style brandy has all that the French are famous for with mellowness, smoothness and complexity.

Honey Bourbon:Honey Bourbon has a distinctive honey flavour and aroma which blends with the smooth bourbon notes to give a very rounded appealing drink.

Jamaican Gold Rum:Complex vanilla, caramel and sweet notes with a strong oaky flavour. Similar to Appleton’s Jamaican Rum.

Ouzo:A strong aniseed flavoured spirit popular with Greeks the world over.

Ruby Port:A velvety ruby style port, with great elegance and perfume. Best served at 12-16C.

Rye Whisky:A light Canadian style whiskey flavour with hints of rye, malt and barley.

Shamrock Whisky:A smooth and mellow Irish style whiskey flavour with overtones of caramel and vanilla.

Single Whisky:A single malt style whiskey flavour. With notes of chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut.
