The palate is seamless yet expressivemelon, grapefruit zest and a touch of blacktea combine with refreshing acidity for a medium-bodied, mellow experience that finishes with saline clarity.
This wine is crafted with carehand-harvested grapes from vineyards at 270350m, slow stainless-steel fermentation and 57months on lees to enhance texture and finesse.
