The Vigilant’s intense and brilliant purple color leads to a nose of dark cherry and berry fruits, red plums and some delicate herbs. In the mouth it is quite bold and ripe, but well-balanced with a little toasted spice and soft tannins. A great companion for any type of barbecue and peppery cheeses.
