Wolfe Bros. Gin was first created during the Covid Lockdown of 2020.
Brothers Jonathan and Alexander Neil own several bars in the Leeds area but found themselves at a bit of a loss at the start of the pandemic. With the bars closed and the bills still mounting up they had to pivot their business and started producing spirits and bottled cocktails that they delivered by hand to the thirsty people of Yorkshire stuck in their homes.
Three years later they have a range of gins and liqueurs in specialist wine and spirit shops and top cocktail bars across the north.
This zero waste Lemoncello is made using a byproduct of the distilling process and lemon husks from the groups bars. What started as an experiment to see if they could re-use whats known as “The Heads” has turned into one of the companies most loved products.
